Childcare guide and childcare assistant roles

Our childcare team is the foundation of the child experience during our retreats. The childcare core duties are 4-hours per day during the dedicated childcare program that is both Montessori and Forest school inspired. A background in Montessori, Forest school, or Elementary education would provide a strong foundation for this position. We are also open to accepting students who are willing to complete the introductory training requirements for the position.

The childcare program is overseen by our Childcare Director, with the children being split into age groups, usually from 0-3 years and 4-7 years, with a Childcare Guide and Childcare Assistants dedicated to each group. The determination of either a position as Guide or Assistant will depend on relevant work experience, knowledge, and previous responsibility level.

In most cases, you will need to arrange for your own accommodations and travel when considering to apply for this role.
